the Olay Regenerist face product line is like an “at-home” facial without paying the expensive price.
If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.
Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar – this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.
And if you have some bucks, Lifecell anti wrinkle cream would be a good choice. You can have more information here. http://www.lifecellskinreviews.com/
I can give you a liquid protein facial.
if fighting wrinkles is what you’re goal is then a facial won’t help long term – at most a facial can make you feel good for a few hours, and leave your skin glowy for a few days.
Typically they deep clean the skin, getting rid of black heads (by gently squeezing) plus a good facial can scrub the top, dead layers of skin to reveal younger looking skin underneath. If you exfoliate regularly then a facial every couple of months is just fine. Go to a certified spa and ask their advice on the type of facial you may need.
If you want to stop wrinkles then don’t smoke, and use SPF every day of the year – at least 15 on a cloudy day and a higher rating if you’re outdoors. Get one with avobenzone or titanium dioxide to fight the UVA rays (SPF addressess only UVB rays. It’s UVA that cause wrinkles).
That is the only way to delay the onset of wrinkles. (your genes also play a part but you can only affect the environmental causes, like sun and smoke).
noxzema every night and exfoliate every morning in the shower……working good for me…..
Though I am 30 and a dude……
But when Im 60…I dont want to look it…
as long as you moisturise mornings and especially nights, you shouldn’t have to worry. As I have sensitive skin, nothing with lanolin or alpha-hydroxy acids.
