Do Facial Creams Really Prevent Wrinkles? What Age Do You Start Using Them To Prevent This?

Do they really work or is it all just in your genes to get wrinkles. Cheap creams or expensive ones? How about those dollar store creams…?? are they any different really in how they work. It basically just helps to “moisture lock” the skin right. SO what difference does it make how much it cost?
