Im a Chemist. DO NOT start drinking Red Wine to prevent aging. Take the pills or eat Grapes. Eliminate Alcohol completely. The wine will do more harm than good. This is just a miscalculation that is highly publicised by the alcohol industry. Alcohol, even small ammounts will age you rapidly.
