Wouldn’t it be great to take a supplement that can slow the effects of aging? There is one on the market, and you can buy it at most health food stores. It’s called dehydroepiandrosterone — DHEA for short. And some say it can help your body feel younger and function better. Does it work? A study from Mayo Clinic has the answer.

    Thanks for agreeing.
Taking hormone replacements can be DANGEROUS.
If you just cut down calories, and eat food that doesn’t spike insulin levels. . . you can bring the aging process down to a crawl.

    Yes.
If you stop eating. . . you stop aging.
Obviously, we can’t STOP eating completely.
But if you cut caloric intake by 30%, and only eat highly nutritious, LOW-GLYCEMIC foods. . . you can dramatically slow the aging process.
